Exhibitor Registration and Information
Shine-N-Brew is going to be an amazing tasting experience. We are hoping to have more than 25 breweries, home brewers, food vendors and cocktail competitors and make this a signature event for Hancock County.
Date: Saturday, October 1st, 2022.
Time: 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. (Early Entry start Time 5:00pm)
Please complete set up by 4:15 p.m. for VIT Early Entry at 5:00pm. Arrive as early as 3:00 p.m.
Location: Coleman Ave, Waveland MS
Registration is FREE if you: 1) Sign up early and return the registration form before September 1, 2022; 2) Distribute at least 300 three-ounce samples of your beer (about 7 gallons), OR 300 two-ounce samples of your cocktail (about 5 gallons).
Wrist bands must be checked prior to serving, and samples can only be poured in taster cups provided by HRC! Thank you.
Cancellation Notices
Exhibitors should provide a notice of cancellation by September 15, 2022. Exhibitors who are a no-show to the event may not be eligible to participate in future events.
Wrist Bands
Participating Exhibitors are allowed up to 2 event passes for staff. Exhibitors may pre-purchase additional wrist bands prior to the event for $15. Wrist bands for staff will be distributed at vendor check-in. NO EXCEPTIONS. If exhibitor is in need of more people to pour, volunteer pourers are available with sign up.
Award Categories:
In addition to bragging rights, winners receive an awesome custom-made trophy from Steve Barney of BSL Creative Arts Center in Bay St. Louis, MS. To be eligible for an award, a representative must be present.

- Mixers for “Shinetail” Contest (if entering)
- A 10 X 10 tent for your space if desired.
- Decorations for your booth
